Anime top 10: Openings

We all have that openigs that never leave our minds, that we usually find ourselves singin, even if we don't even know what are they saying  sometimes.

 This are my favorite openings:

10)"Gun's and Roses" by Paradise Lunch

I know, the song doesn't even have a letter, but the rythm is just so great anf happy that I completely fall for it. Plus I find it to be perfect for an anime like Baccano.

9) "Takanaru" by Fujita Maiko

First thing first, the voice it's beautiful, Fujita Maiko it's a great Singer and in this song I completely loved her voice. Not only her voice was beautiful, but it gives the song a certain dramatic touch in some parts that matches the difficult situation that the characters are going trhough.

8) "Doubt & Trust" by Acces

It is an opening full of energy that goes along with the battles in the video, how couldn't I love it?

7) "Stricke Back" by Back-On

The instruments sound awesome and made the scenes in the opening even more epic that what they are alone. After the first time that I heard it i couldn't stop saying "nightmare" "I ain' scare of my past" and things like that.

6) "The world" by  Nightmare

The song is bit dark, or to be more especific, it has the right amount of dark to match the ambient of Death Note. I love the song, and the video, especially beacause of the way they present the fight between Light an L.

5)"Pegasus Fantasy" by  Make Up

Saint seiya it's my childhood so I had to put this opening somewhere. If there is a song that I would never forget it's this one, just because of all the moments tha is spend when I was Little watching this anime.
4) "Resonance" by T.M. Revolution

The opening give us a punch of action, full of adrenaline and get us ready for thi battles in the anime. Plus it just as serious as Soul Eater, in other words, it is not serious, in fatc it has some escenes that find really comic, like where Shinigami-sama apears and the suden entraqnce of Blair.

3) "Unravel" by TK

This opening got me right from the beginning with "oshiete oshiete yo". I don't know if it just me, but in some parts of the song I had the sensation of fragileness, and I instatly related that with how Kaneki was feeling, along whit desesperation, and I liked this song beacause I thought it represented him. And for the amazing rythm of course.

2) "Sign" by Flow

The lyrics, the rythm, the imagines, the voice, I loved all about this opening and I think I could talk of a lot of things that I loved from this opening, the one I will concéntrate in is how the opening unite Naruto and Sasuke. Even if they are apart, this opening show us something that conects them in that momento: Pain. No, I'm no talking about Pain the akatsuki, but of the pain of lossing someone; Jiraiya for Naruto and Itach for Sasuke.

1) "Hologram" by NICO Touches  the Walls

NICO Touches the Walls is definetly one of my favorite bands in the world and I loved Hologram, specially the battle scenes.

So this were my favourite anime openings, I'm not really sure about the order and I really miss some openings, but alright. Well this was just my opinión so, What are your favorite openings?

Bye~

Game review: Gravity Rush

Name: Gravity Rush
  • Platform: PlayStation Vita
  • Developer: Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Studio
  • Publisher: Sony Computer Entertainment
  • Genre: Action
  • Release Date: 6/12/2012
  • ESRB: T

In this game you asume the rol of Kat, a girl who has lost her memory and now, whit her new found powers over gravity, has to protect the future of a world that's falling apart.

The first thing I will talk about is the graphics. The colors the creators gave to the citys are really related to the state of them: dark and chaotic,  with orange and red tones, it gives the atmosphere of a world that's near of their final sunset.

And then we have the monsters, the Nevis, whose colors match all the ambient in wich the game it's settled.

Of course the characters graphics aren't left behind. Each of them have their own style that matchs their personality an the role that they have in the game's story.

Now, the graphics aren't the only good thing the game has. The story is one of the things that I liked the most in this game. The mystery it's always present along the story; What's really going on here? Whose Raven? What happened to Kat? An who was she before all of this happened? That are some questions that I had while playing the game and that keep me playing it in order to answer them. Bad thing was that at the end of the game not all my questions had and anwers, that's why I'm expecting the sequel, to finally have more anwers and no more questions.

And at the end the last thing I will talk about it's the gameplay. Tha way the creators of the game used the gyroscope of the Vita system was a great success, not only because it's a good way of using the console features, but also because of the concentration that requires using it. In order to use the gravity-controlling powers to fight against the Nevis without losing control, you need to be totally focused in the game, otherwise you will end up sending to heroine the nothingness. At first controlling the powers might be difficult, but at the end you'll get used to it and it will be something natural.

I had a great time playing Gravity Rush, not only in the main story, but also in the side quests, and although it may left behind some of the second characters in the course of the story, I'm expecting to know more of them in the sequel. And I highly recommend playing it, I asure you that it won't be a waist of time.

Bye~
